SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer shipping and delivery locally to states within Nigeria ONLY. Once your order has been placed, your order shall be issued an order number. Delivery of orders outside Lagos shall be completed within 14(fourteen) working days including public holidays and Saturdays while order(s) within Lagos shall be delivered within 5(five) working days.
During busy periods, deliveries could take a longer period particularly if outside Lagos. Our carriers shall deliver order(s) during normal business working hours and you may be required to append your signature on a receipt to ascertain receipt of delivery.
All deliveries shall be made using information and details including address, phone number, e-mail etc. provided by you and as such it is crucial that all information you give us be accurate at all times.
Upon arrival at the address of delivery by our couriers, if no
individual is present, the item(s) shall be returned to us and all cost with
respect to another attempt at delivery shall be borne by you.
We aim to consistently and continuously meet our delivery times but
