REFUND POLICY
We endeavor to provide accurate product display and product information at all times. However, product display may differ as the colors you see will depend on your monitor and errors may occur in input of product information.
Upon delivery of item(s), should such item differ or be defective due to errors in product information or product quality, you may be granted a refund of such item(s). The refund shall be solely at our discretion and shall be granted if the returned item(s) successfully passes our return inspection. Check out returns & exchange for further information.
The processing time for all refunds shall be within seven (7) – fourteen (14) working days and such refund shall be processed into the account details as communicated by you. You can choose to accept credit on your M.S account instead of a refund. This credit can only be redeemed on the website. Further information on credit refund are:
- Credit refunds can only be used for purchases on M.S.
- Credit refunds are faster to activate and have no expiration date.
- Once you choose a credit refund, it cannot be redeemed for cash.
All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
